As our Commercial Capability Development Lead, you will combine strategic vision with operational excellence to establish and scale core commercialization capabilities. Initially operating as a standalone expert with the opportunity to build a team in the future, you will empower our commercial, access, regulatory, and medical teams to deliver life-changing innovations to patients. Your Responsibilities Drive Capability Strategy: Conduct functional and cross-functional capability assessments to design strategic learning journeys and build regional capability heat maps. Lead Regional Transformation: Guide and support regional change initiatives and organizational development projects aligned with broader healthcare business goals. Design & Deliver Impactful Learning: Conceptualize and moderate highly engaging workshops and training programs (both in-person and virtual) covering scientific, commercial, and behavioral topics. Collaborate Globally & Locally: Partner closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to represent regional development needs and scale existing training across the organization. Build Future Teams: Identify future skill requirements, align regional budgets, and lay the foundational groundwork to recruit, onboard, and coach your future team. Who You Are You are an entrepreneurial thinker and a collaborative leader who excels at translating operational gaps into structured, modern learning experiences within complex environments. To be successful in this role, you bring: Educational Background & Domain Expertise: A degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, or equivalent practical experience in operational effectiveness and adult learning. Learning & Development Mastery: Proven experience designing curriculums, leveraging blended learning platforms, and applying adult learning pedagogy within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Change Management & Transformation: A successful track record of guiding strategic organizational development, managing change, and navigating classic or agile methodologies. Strategic Communication & Facilitation: Exceptional moderation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and resolve conflicts constructively. Leadership Potential: Demonstrated experience or clear potential to effectively hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team in the future. * This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
