MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE To oversee the full scope of field operations for the NC (Nutrition Consultant) team, ensure operational excellence, and deliver business performance. The NC Operation Manager partners with the NC Head to implement strategies, manages day-to-day field activities, conducts field coaching and supervision, and collaborates with back office departments to achieve operational and sales targets. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Business Management: Implement strategic plan for business development to expand potential territories being responsible for Build and monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of operational initiatives Market intelligence updates: implement tools to measure POSM, Sachet, Gimmick Set up yearly, quarterly and monthly NC Lead – NU phasing target of territory 2. Territory & Performance Management: Conduct field visit to access market opportunity and ensure business operation and sales objectives are in line with territory planning Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize market penetration Responsible for Field Force recruitment and turnover rate management under stated rate for a team 100 – 150 headcounts Monitor, track and analyze territory performance metrics to identify gaps and implement action plans to improve field performance Coordinate with Sales team, Marketing and Supervisors to ensure alignment of territory management strategies with overall business goals Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, pharmacies, and other points of sale to collect insights and provide action plans on performance improvement & KPI measurement Ensure delivery of yearly, quarterly and monthly NC Lead – NU phasing target of territory Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, operational challenges, and improvement initiatives. 3. Vendor Management: Establish & maintain strong relationship with vendor to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise Collaborate with vendor to ensure hiring performance ; headcounts fulfillment, validating vendor KPIs, and enforcing corrective actions to maintain operational excellence as stipulated in the contract. Serve as a key contacting point with vendor in reviewing services, and confirming for service settlement. 4. Stakeholder Management Create and execute yearly target plans, cascade monthly target phasing to regional & account target phasing Analyze data and deliver consultancies and propose action plan to CRM Director/ESM/Brand teams for effectiveness and efficiency development of Field Force Align on marketing scheme and detailing guideline for the NC team Set up expectation and supporting need from MKT and internal stakeholder: SFE, SFA, IT, BI. Other projects are assigned by line manager 5. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Manage compliance processes, including redemption, sachet, NU - lead quality: ensure targeting the right patients and ensure field activities strictly comply with Abbott’s ethical standards, SOPs, and legal regulations EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Minimum 6 years of Sales operations experience in Pharmacy and Healthcare industry Strong background in project and stakeholder management Experience in developing customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies. Bachelor degree, Preferably in Pharmacy, Project Management, or General Business Organization and planning skills Analytical thinking Good command of English The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
