JOB DESCRIPTION:Main Purpose of the Role Lead the upstream marketing for Nutrition brands - Products (ANI target for 2026 – USD 241 MM) through effectively managing upstream marketing budgets. Responsible to drive sales and marketing, shared goals by strengthening brand equity measures for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) for all the three portfolios (Adult, CNS & Infant). Support in claim and communication development for HCPs, strategize and execute in-clinic activations and other scientific engagements. Main Responsibilities Lead and drive new corporate hospital activations to generate business growth opportunities across all three ANI portfolios. Contribute strategically to develop the ethical marketing plans for the year and lead execution for the same. Developing marketing and GTM plans for new launch and existing brands. Independently drive market shaping initiatives by focusing on execution of HCP education and promotion plans. Formulation of communication development for healthcare practitioners in coordination with creative agency. Building strong marketing programs to engage HCPs effectively. Execute with help of cross functional teams. Tracking and measuring the impact of the Marketing Programs. Responsible to drive evaluate newer indications/opportunities to expand and grow business through continuous collaboration with ethical sales team. Ensure complete compliance to ethics & compliance SOPs, including timely submission of completed documents. Support the brand team to liaison with Market Research agencies to gather insights from consumers / Healthcare Practitioners to support Brand strategies and track Brand equity with consumers / HCPs. Independently handle strategizing & execution of all scientific engagements across three portfolios. QUALIFICATION MBA (Sales/Marketing) or B. Pharma graduate with 5–6 years of relevant experience. Strong exposure to Analytics, Power BI (dashboard design, development, and end-user support), and SAP. Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and support business decision-making. Willingness to travel across India for business requirements, with approximately 25% travel as part of the role. The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
