JOB DESCRIPTION:Support HRSS through advanced data analytics, automation, dashboard development, process optimization, and reporting solutions. The role will focus on leveraging data to improve operational efficiency, productivity, decision-making, and employee experience across HR processes Details on Job Responsibilities 1) Data Analytics & Reporting Develop, maintain, and automate HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards. Analyze workforce, payroll, employee lifecycle, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Generate actionable insights to support business and HR leadership decision-making. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR systems and reports. 2) Power BI Dashboard Development Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations. Create executive-level MIS reports and KPI dashboards. Utilize DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques for advanced reporting. Monitor dashboard performance and implement enhancements based on stakeholder feedback. 3) Automation & Process Improvement Identify opportunities to automate repetitive HR operational activities. Develop Excel-based automation solutions using Macros and VBA. Partner with HR Operations teams to streamline workflows and eliminate manual interventions. Support digital transformation initiatives across HR processes. 4) SQL & Data Management Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting. Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities. Manage large datasets from multiple HR systems and external sources. Support integration and migration projects involving HR data. 5) Operational Excellence & Productivity Enhancement Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend process improvements. Measure and track process efficiency, SLA adherence, and productivity metrics. Prepare analytical reports and presentations for leadership reviews. Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations. 6) Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with HR Operations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and HR Business Partners. Understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Provide analytical support for audits, compliance requirements, and special projects. Train end users on dashboards, reporting tools, and automated solutions. Education Qualification Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related field. Postgraduate qualification in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Management would be an added advantage. Experience 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or HR Analytics. Experience supporting HR Operations, Shared Services, Payroll, or People Analytics functions preferred. Proven experience in dashboard development, reporting automation, and data management. Skills & behavioral qualities Technical Skills & Behavioral Qualities Technical Skills · Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise including: o Pivot Tables o Power Query o Macros/VBA o Advanced formulas and data manipulation · Strong Power BI development skills including: o DAX o Data Modeling o Power Query o Dashboard Design · Strong SQL querying and database management skills. · Experience with HRIS, ERP, or Payroll systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP HCM, Oracle, etc.) preferred. · Knowledge of ETL concepts and data integration processes. · Exposure to Python, R, Power Automate, or other automation tools would be an advantage. · Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and reporting standards. Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in HR Analytics, HR Shared Services, Payroll Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or HR Operations Transformation will be highly preferred. The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
