We are seeking an experienced CT Clinical Insights Specialist to provide strategic clinical leadership across Australia and New Zealand. This highly influential role partners with customers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), commercial teams and product specialists to drive clinical excellence, workflow optimisation and customer success across our Computed Tomography (CT) portfolio. As a recognised CT expert, you will help shape clinical best practice, support commercial growth, advance customer adoption of innovative technologies and strengthen GE HealthCare's position as a trusted partner in diagnostic imaging. Job DescriptionAbout the Role The CT Clinical Insights Specialist role blends clinical expertise, customer engagement and commercial collaboration to deliver exceptional outcomes for healthcare providers throughout the ANZ region. You will work closely with customers to optimise clinical protocols, improve workflow efficiency and support the adoption of advanced CT technologies. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing KOL relationships, supporting strategic projects and providing advanced clinical education to both customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Commercial Support Provide high-level clinical expertise during customer engagements, demonstrations and site visits. Support strategic sales opportunities, large capital projects and tender submissions. Demonstrate the clinical and operational value of GE HealthCare CT solutions. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Service and Leadership teams to support business objectives and customer outcomes. Customer Success & Clinical Optimisation Partner with healthcare providers to optimise CT clinical protocols and workflow efficiency. Identify opportunities to enhance clinical performance and improve operational outcomes. Act as a trusted advisor to radiology leaders, clinicians and imaging departments. Stay connected to evolving customer needs and emerging healthcare challenges. Key Opinion Leader & Market Development Develop and maintain relationships with leading CT clinicians and industry influencers across ANZ. Support the development and ongoing success of reference and showcase sites. Collaborate with KOLs on the evaluation of new techniques, clinical advancements and research initiatives. Build relationships with academic institutions, professional societies and healthcare stakeholders. Contribute to marketing initiatives and support execution of regional growth strategies. Education & Clinical Excellence Deliver advanced customer training and education programs. Support the professional development of internal commercial and clinical teams. Promote clinical differentiation and evidence-based value propositions across the CT portfolio. Maintain expert knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies and clinical best practice. Serve as the modality expert for CT clinical applications across the region. What You'll Bring Essential Qualifications & Experience Degree qualification in Medical Radiation Science (Diagnostic Radiography) or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years' clinical experience in Computed Tomography. Advanced expertise in CT clinical applications, protocols and workflow optimisation. Experience leading teams, projects or clinical initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability. Knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand healthcare and imaging landscape. Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills. Preferred Experience working with GE HealthCare CT systems. Previous clinical applications, education or vendor experience. Experience managing strategic clinical projects and customer programs. Established project management capability. Experience engaging with KOLs, professional societies or research organisations.
