What will you do? As an intern, you will support in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) process design and optimisation for new product introduction (NPI) or commercial manufacture. What will you learn? Assist in the evaluation of technical continuous improvement works of new chemical entity, changeover process, technology transfer and scale-up work, and process optimisation and troubleshooting of commercial manufacture The student will be exposed to various laboratory and technical assessment tasks, ranging from synthesis to analysis of the products, evaluation of the resultant quality, yield, cleanability, operational implementation, etc under the guidance of a process chemist Acquire knowledge and application of good laboratory practices (GLP) and good documentation practices (GDP) What are we looking for? Demonstrate strong technical competency and hands-on laboratory expertise in pharmaceutical, chemical and analytical sciences Have an understanding of chemistry troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis to support operational and business objectives Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of effective collaboration across cross-functional teams Highly curious, agile, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and perform effectively under time constraints What do we offer you?
