First Line Sales Leader You will lead regional sales activities for prescription medicines in Türkiye, focused on driving performance and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with commercial, medical, and access colleagues to deliver territory plans that improve patient care. We value people who are collaborative, accountable, and growth-minded. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead and coach a sales team to achieve sales targets and bonus objectives. - Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional customers. - Develop and execute territory and account plans with clear, measurable goals. - Use CRM and digital tools to track activity, measure impact, and report results. - Collect market insights and share practical recommendations with cross-functional teams. - Ensure all commercial activities follow local laws and company standards. - Manage day-to-day sales operations and support commercial execution across assigned territory. - Set clear priorities and performance expectations for the sales team and monitor progress. - Deliver concise, evidence-based information to healthcare professionals in a balanced way. - Analyse sales data and local market trends to adapt plans and improve results. - Coordinate local educational activities and collaborate with medical and marketing colleagues. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, budgets, and outcomes. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals. This role is field-based with regular travel across assigned territory in Türkiye. The role is full-time and primarily on-site with office days as needed. You will work independently while partnering with cross-functional teams. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and value inclusion, collaboration, and learning. -“Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales” or “Senior title in marketing/brand lead role (min 3 years in brand lead role)” - University degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, medicine, business, or related field. - Proven track record meeting sales targets and managing sales performance. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for clinical and commercial audiences. - Comfortable using CRM and digital tools for planning, reporting, and analytics. - Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the assigned territory. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience managing sales teams in specialty therapeutic area - Experience with launch planning and execution in pharmaceutical settings. - Familiarity with Türkiye healthcare system, hospital procurement, and reimbursement processes. - Practical knowledge of account management and key institutional stakeholder engagement. - Proficiency in English and Turkish. - Strong coaching skills and experience in talent development.
