Position Summary You will represent GSK in Hong Kong as a Medical Sales Representative. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital teams. You will execute territory plans, share scientific insight, and create value for patients and customers. We value team players who learn quickly, communicate clearly, and act with integrity. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Deliver territory sales plans through regular, professional engagement with healthcare professionals and hospital teams. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs and provide relevant scientific and practical information. Use clinical evidence and treatment guidelines to support customer discussions focused on patient outcomes. Plan and prioritise daily activities to maximise face-to-face and virtual customer interactions. Record customer interactions and use insights to refine territory plans and improve performance. Work closely with internal colleagues to coordinate local activities and ensure compliant execution. Why You? Work model This role is on-site in Hong Kong and requires regular travel across the territory. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 2 years’ pharmaceutical or medical sales experience working with healthcare professionals. Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Cantonese. Proven ability to build relationships with hospital or clinic-based clinicians. Ability to plan and organise territory activities and manage time effectively. Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems to record activity and track results. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Experience working in hospitals, specialist clinics, or teaching hospitals in Hong Kong. Experience in a specialty therapeutic area. Familiarity with interpreting clinical studies and treatment guidelines. Experience using Veeva, CRM platforms, or sales reporting tools. Prior experience in account planning or supporting tender/access activities. Proficiency in Mandarin. What we offer You will join a collaborative sales team focused on learning and growth.
