DESCRIPTION: Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Operations Training Specialist! In this important role, you'll develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that ensure manufacturing excellence and regulatory compliance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll create engaging learning experiences that enable our employees to advance their skills while maintaining the highest quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by preparing our workforce to produce solutions that help improve health, environmental quality, and safety. You'll manage training documentation, assess program effectiveness, and support continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of learning and development. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's Degree required in GMP manufacturing or highly regulated industrial environment • Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Science, Manufacturing • QSME (Qualified Subject Matter Expert) or QOJT (Qualified On-the-Job Trainer) certification required or ability to obtain • Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) • Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite • Excellence in verbal and written communication, including presentation skills • Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience with e-learning development and digital training tools preferred • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Physical ability to move throughout manufacturing facility and demonstrate procedures • Excellent attention to detail and quality focus • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams • Ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design • Bilingual abilities may be required for some locations
