Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain DocuSign templates, workflow and API's Integrate DocuSign with enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, custom applications) using REST APIs and SDKs Build and automate document workflows, including templates, envelopes, and signing processes Develop reusable components for document generation, routing, and status tracking Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DocuSign integrations and workflows Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable DocuSign solutions Optimize performance and reliability of document processing workflows Support testing, deployment, and production release activities Maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing support Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 3–7+ years of DocuSign development experience Hands-on experience with DocuSign templates, workflows and API's Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#) is a plus Experience with integration patterns and middleware platforms Familiarity with authentication mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, JWT) Understanding of document workflows and digital signature processes Having knowledge of "Agreement Manager" - DocuSign AI tool is a plus Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job EEO Statement Integrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to equal employment opportunity.
