In this role, you will own the laser printing and digital data production process to ensure high-quality products are delivered to our customers on time. If you are mechanically curious, love troubleshooting, and pride yourself on high-quality work, we want you to apply! Shift & Pay Shift: Night Shift (D Shift), 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM, Saturday – Wednesday. (Overtime or shift flexibility may be required). Starting Pay:$20-20.50/hr Key Responsibilities Production & Machine Operation: Set up, run, and multi-task across multiple high-volume laser printers and production equipment according to daily schedules. Quality Control & Troubleshooting: Inspect and sample print jobs to maintain zero-defect quality standards. Identify anomalies and troubleshoot machine issues to find root-cause solutions. Data & Workflow Management: Manage the digital queue and use the ERP system to log time, inventory materials, and update the work order system. Collaboration: Coordinate closely with team leads and coordinators to execute customer changes, manage inventory stock, and flag late data arrival. Safety First: Maintain a clean, safe workspace, properly use PPE, and follow all safety protocols. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Strong Attention to Detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Mechanical Aptitude or basic troubleshooting skills for production machinery. Computer literacy and comfort learning new software or ERP systems. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for a full shift, use hands/fingers to handle materials, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong visual acuity, including close vision and color distinction. A team-first attitude with a dedication to reliable attendance and punctuality.
