This position is part of the Operations department, is for a minimum of 32 hours and will be carried out entirely at our location in Medemblik. This is a role for a temporary employment with possibility of a permanent contract, depending on mutual satisfaction and performance. As a Shift Leader you are responsible for the day-to-day management of the operation within the cleanroom of 2D/3D department. You ensure the correct and timely execution of the process by ensuring compliance with the prescribed procedures and working methods during the shift. In addition, you identify possibilities for structural improvements that you base on the data obtained. Furthermore, you implement the personnel policy and take care of the management and development of the team. Responsibilities and main tasks Responsible for supervising compliance with procedures, instructions and rules related to the organization and the production process. Responsible for people management of your team Responsible for the daily stand-up meeting (SQDIP). Identifies structural improvement opportunities in the process and provides input for adaptation and helps with realization of these adjustments. Making decisions regarding the possible continuation and retrievement of an order. Reporting production progress within the own area of responsibility to Manager Value Stream. Education and experience: Completed MBO+ or HBO education or matching work/think level. Good command of the English language, both spoken and written. Preferrably good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written. Experience in a production environment is an advantage. Management experience in managing production teams is required.
