The Project Manager is responsible for leading software-intensive programs in regulated environments, with a strong understanding of medical device design controls, secure product development, and software release/deployment practices. You will work closely with software, systems, and firmware engineering teams, along with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and Product Management, to ensure seamless program execution and delivery of high-quality, compliant products. This position reports to the Senior Program Manager and is part of the Program Management Office [PMO] located in India, Bengaluru and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Driving Programs across the Product Lifecycle from Initiation till Launch of the Product . Drive Cross-Functional Alignment along with all various function part of the project teams. Maintaining Quality and Compliance by following the organizations quality management systems and policies. The Essential Requirements of the job include: Engineering Degree [B.E] in computer science or equivalent with at least 5+ years of related work experience in Project Management. Strong Experience in handling healthcare products. PMP or Agile certifications (Scrum/SAFe) preferred. Open to work with Sweden, Sunnyvale teams timings for alignment as when needed.
