This position reports to: IPU Manager __ 一线储备骨干-生产改善 职位概述生产改善员主要负责在生产一线发现和推动改善工作。通过参与现场改善项目，优化生产流程，提高生产效率和产品质量。 工作内容1. 参与现场改善参与生产一线的日常改善活动 观察并记录生产过程中的浪费现象（如物料堆放、设备停机等） 提出切实可行的改善建议 协助班组长实施改善措施 2. 5S现场管理参与执行5S工作（整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养） 维持生产现场的清洁和有序 帮助同事养成良好的工作习惯 3. 数据记录与反馈记录改善活动的过程和效果 收集班组的改善意见和建议 按时反馈改善进展情况 4. 支持培训与文化建设协助开展一线员工的改善知识培训 参与改善成果的展示和案例分享 推动车间改善文化的建设 岗位要求学历背景中专及以上学历，或在生产岗位工作2年以上 技能要求有生产车间或制造业工作经验优先 能够熟练使用基本的测量和记录工具 善于观察现场问题和发现改善机会 具有团队协作精神，能与班组长和同事有效沟通 能够理解和执行标准化作业要求 职业素养愿意深入生产现场，脚踏实地做好改善工作 对改善工作有热情和积极性 具有安全意识，能够遵守安全操作规程 Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
