This position reports to: Head of Health __ In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving occupational health and hygiene performance across the 10th of Ramadan factory and nearby ABB sites by providing medical, occupational health, and hygiene expertise. Each day, you will support the business by applying your in-depth knowledge and providing solutions and advice to foster a high-performance culture with a strong focus on occupational health and hygiene. You will also demonstrate your expertise by ensuring effective risk management and clinical excellence throughout the ABB value chain. The work model for this role is: #onsite #onsite-Li This role contributes to the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) function within Egypt Operations and reports to the Head of Health. Key stakeholders include the Country Occupational Health Manager, the HSE team, Production Management, and all employees at the facility. Key Responsibilities: Providing direct clinical care and occupational health assessments to employees, ensuring compliance with occupational health standards and Egyptian labor regulations Investigating and reporting occupational health incidents to management and relevant stakeholders, and implementing appropriate corrective actions Facilitating and supporting incident investigations to identify root causes and develop risk mitigation strategies Leading health promotion and prevention programs to foster a culture of safety and well-being across the organization Supervising and supporting the Clinic Administrator to ensure efficient clinic operations and accurate employee health records You will join a dedicated, health-focused HSE team, where you will have the opportunity to thrive and make a meaningful impact on employee well-being and occupational health performance. Qualifications: You have 7-10 years of nursing experience with a minimum of 5 years in industrial or factory healthcare settings, preferably in occupational health nursing Advanced knowledge and demonstrated experience in occupational health nursing, including employee health assessments, incident investigation, and health promotion programs Valid nursing license in Egypt Degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification Current First Aid & CPR certification and Occupational Health Nursing certification (preferred) Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to manage clinic staff and coordinate occupational health initiatives Autonomous clinical decision-making capability within scope of nursing practice, with ability to identify complex cases requiring external medical referral You are at ease communicating in English and Arabic What's in it for you?
