Job Title: Sr. Specialist, Customer Acquisition (Inbound) Job Description As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in growing our advertiser base across the SMB segment in APJ. You will identify, engage, and qualify new customers while managing a pipeline of opportunities from initial outreach through to close or handoff. You will research target accounts, develop tailored outreach strategies, and leverage data insights to prioritize high-potential opportunities. This role combines proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and strategic thinking to help customers grow their business through digital advertising solutions while directly contributing to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Own acquisition efforts for high-potential, strategic accounts from first contact to close or handoff. Develop and execute targeted account plans in partnership with sales leadership. Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders. Lead complex prospecting and qualification efforts, often involving multiple decision layers. Craft compelling proposals and presentations tailored to each prospect’s business priorities. Collaborate cross-functionally to align resources, expertise, and messaging for strategic wins. Use AI-driven analytics and market intelligence to anticipate prospect needs and buying signals. Track and report acquisition metrics, providing insights to refine strategies. Mentor Associates and Specialists on advanced prospecting, messaging, and strategic targeting. Contribute to training sessions, process improvements, and playbook development.
