Generate new ideas for improvements. Administer cycle count program ensuring accuracy and completion. Investigate cycle count discrepancies as needed. Confer with team ensuring daily priorities are met. Confer with departments to determine material requirements. Maintain records such as material movement, inventory, and location of materials. Move or transport materials from one department or location to another according to production priorities and material availability. Checking material availability in SAP Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Drive vehicle to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pick up items from several locations for shipment. Load materials into vehicles and install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit. Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers. Works in Warehouse as needed. Load and stock hot boxes to be ready for formulation. Qualifications: Uses MS Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Outlook to communicate all work instructions, order statuses, and job assignments. Has the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Counts, sorts, or weighs incoming articles to verify receipt of items on packing slips and against purchase order. ·Examines stock to verify conformance to specifications. ·Processes material requisitions, reservations and maintenance orders and issue\return from\to stock. ·Processes daily MRP to ensure that material counts are correct in SAP and that needed materials are placed on reorder. ·Drives forklift to unload palletized materials from delivered trailers and moves or transports material and supplies to other departments. ·Maintains all documents in accordance to the FMC record retention policies. ·Participates in the Warehouse annual physical inventory as instructed. ·Ensures that the work area and surrounding grounds are in accordance with housekeeping standards. ·Locates and retrieves stock materials through knowledge of the warehouse location system. ·Assists in troubleshooting all problem receipts created by vendors and documents. Safety, Health, and Environment Performs job duties in a manner that supports the belief that all jobs can be performed safely and that no job is worth doing that would risk the health, safety, or welfare of the plant employees or community. Follows all safety rules and procedures and instructs other personnel and\or visitors in the area to do the same. Participates in scheduled and unscheduled safety meetings\huddles to raise safety awareness in work areas. Participates safety programs throughout the plant. Participates in incident investigations identifying root causes and appropriate corrective action to improve safety and environmental performance in areas. Required Education: High School Diploma Pay Range: $21 - $24 per hour. Shift: Monday - Friday 7AM- 3PM FMC is an equal opportunity employer.
