The PositionAs a Patient Journey Partner Lead based in Buenos Aires, you will be responsible for driving the strategic deployment of the PJP network, ensuring activities generate high-impact value within the Disease Areas aligned with the affiliate's goals and ecosystem priorities. In this role, your absolute priority will be leadership and people empowerment ; you will coach, mentor, and guide a highly diverse and multidisciplinary team, managing a mixed structure spanning both specific geographic territories and key therapeutic areas. The Opportunity Take direct accountability for the deployment of PJPs, ensuring their activities generate high-impact value aligned with strategic goals and ecosystem priorities. Diagnose individual capability needs, provide tailored field coaching, and empower PJPs to experiment boldly, remove operational roadblocks, and become self-reliant. Architect up-to-date competency models, design comprehensive onboarding and learning roadmaps, and foster a continuous learning culture across the network. Catalyze cross-functional ecosystems to form self-sufficient "pods" that share business ideas, assess impacts, and prioritize initiatives based on deep patient journey insights. Help teams clearly define their purpose, develop effective operational rituals (such as impact retrospectives), and leverage agile methodologies to drive organizational growth. Foster a culture of trust and psychological safety, supporting an environment where teams can give and receive continuous feedback to scale value across the enterprise. Who you are University degree in Science, Economics, Business, or related disciplines; an advanced life science degree or an MBA is considered a strong plus. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder engagement, with a strong priority on exceptional people leadership skills. Demonstrated ability and resilience to lead, inspire, and manage highly diverse professional teams (including physicians, biologists, accountants, and lawyers across various ages and seniorities). Strong command of agile ways of working, system thinking, data-driven mindset, and a proactive approach to experimenting and learning from failures. Fluent in Spanish with a high proficiency in English, enabling effective collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the broader Roche global enterprise.
