The Opportunity As Project Manager you will be part of the RSS Project Management organization and report to the Chapter Lead for Project Management. Are you a project management enthusiast and want to provide best in class project management services to partners across Roche? Then you are the candidate we are looking for. In this role you will be responsible for successful Project Delivery using agile or traditional project management methodology. You will work with solutions teams for Marketing Technologies who are tasked to deliver strategic transformation while sustaining and evolving ongoing solution operations. Your work will include but will not be limited to: Engagement Delivery Project Management & Coordination: Coordinate daily project execution across the solution area by facilitating ceremonies (scrums, sprint planning), maintaining product backlogs, and actively managing action and decision logs. Inbound Funnel Control & Prioritization: Act as the primary project point of contact to capture, structure, and funnel heavy volumes of cross-program requests, ensuring the product teams maintain adequate focus on prioritized objectives. Cross-Program Coordination: Coordinate with other programs and incoming functional demands. Actively plan, track, and facilitate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with overarching strategic timelines. Dependency & Interface Management: Actively manage and track end-to-end dependencies - both internal and external - while refining handover interfaces between product owners and other functions. Portfolio Transparency & Consistency: Provide structural project management to maintain project standards, ensuring clear, transparent, and connected tracking of the product's initiative portfolio for leadership visibility. Performance Reporting: Establish and drive consistent project KPI tracking and status reporting across the specific product area to ensure schedule and budget adherence across all parallel initiatives. Project Management capability development: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing project management delivery coaching to the product teams to embed "one way of project delivery" across the organization. Capability Building Be an active member of the Project Management Chapter by Continuously improve the project management capabilities, service offerings and community engagement leveraging latest developments and market dynamics Supporting the development of upskilling content and toolkits for our team Actively managing your own development Applying your learnings during engagements and sharing them with your chapter colleagues Who You Are You possess the following qualifications, experience and personal attributes University degree with 5+ years of project management experience; a background in business consulting or marketing technologies is highly advantageous. Strong knowledge in project management fundamentals (waterfall, SCRUM and others) and related tools Experience in leading global/complex projects, organizing and optimizing resources and establishing clear priorities Ability to motivate and lead a project team or team members if required Excellent communication skills in English, with demonstrated proficiency in influencing, negotiating, and effective global collaboration. Ability to effectively communicate across various levels of a complex, matrix organization. Ideally exposure to an additional field related to project management, such as project change management, business consulting, methodology coaching.
