The PositionAs a Supply Chain Partner at Roche Diagnostics, you will join our dynamic Supply Chain team, a key pillar within the Finance and Operations Chapter. In this role, you will report directly to the Supply Chain Team Lead. You will be part of a high-performing, collaborative team of five dedicated colleagues who take immense pride in delivering world-class customer care. We operate in a modern, agile environment, leveraging cutting-edge digital solutions and a steadfast commitment to sustainability to support our internal and external partners. Our team moves seamlessly between local execution and global collaboration, maintaining a particularly close and strategic partnership with our Nordic counterparts. The Opportunity Master order-to-cash execution within a complex SAP landscape, maximizing the adoption and quality of our digital ordering portfolio (Webshop, eOrder, and Inventory Ordering). Drive improvement initiatives and foster cross-functional collaboration, taking full accountability for end-to-end delivery. Deliver exceptional supply chain support by swiftly fulfilling customer needs. Optimize inventory management by rigorously applying FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles to minimize waste and ensure reliable product supply. Maintain and govern critical customer and material master data to ensure system accuracy. Synthesize data to prepare high-impact reports and actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders. Proactively monitor system dataflows incl. IDOC handling, troubleshooting anomalies to maintain operational continuity. Orchestrate logistics and transportation frameworks. Who You Are SAP Specialist: You bring solid experience with SAP—ideally SAP S/4HANA—coupled with a deep, functional understanding of its ecosystem. Industry Insider: You possess a proven track record in supply chain or logistics, preferably within the highly regulated pharmaceutical or diagnostics sectors. Tech-Savvy Analyst: You back up your logistics expertise with robust IT literacy, combining advanced Excel proficiency with a natural talent for data-driven, analytical thinking. Bilingual Communicator: You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with diverse stakeholders. Proactive Driver: You are a self-starter by nature—characterized by a resilient, goal-oriented mindset and a passion for moving projects forward.
