Help Drive AI Transformation in Radiation Therapy Software Development We are looking for an AI / Software Engineer to help drive AI adoption, productivity improvements, and process transformation within our engineering organization. In this role, you will identify opportunities to improve how we work, lead and coordinate AI-related initiatives, evaluate new technologies, and help teams adopt more efficient ways of working. You will work closely with engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into practical solutions that deliver measurable value. This is not a pure AI transformation role. In addition to driving improvement initiatives, you will contribute to product development activities and support release commitments as needed. Able to facilitate change, coordinate initiatives, and turn ideas into action. Contributing hands-on to software development and release activities when needed. Your role: Drive adoption of AI-based tools, workflows, and best practices. Identify and lead productivity and process improvement initiatives. Evaluate emerging technologies and turn them into practical engineering solutions. Coordinate AI-related activities across teams and share best practices. Contribute to software development and product delivery activities. Support project and release work as priorities require. Your expertise: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Strong software development skills (C++, C#, Python). Experience driving technical initiatives and delivering results. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience in AI technologies and their practical application to software engineering. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others to drive improvements. Fluency in English language, both written and spoken.
