We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team in a dynamic Shared Services environment. In this role, you will support end-to-end operational processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution in line with defined SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards. You will be responsible for processing transactions, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence. This position also plays a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process gaps, and supporting the implementation of best practices.
