Job summary: The Accenture Change Management Lead supports transformation initiatives within Service Supply Chain operation. The role partners closely with client stakeholders and internal Accenture teams to ensure initiatives are aligned, effectively executed, and successfully adopted, in line with the agreed governance and transformation framework. Transformation initiatives span varying levels of complexity (“T1, T2, T3”), requiring tailored stakeholder engagement, structured coordination, and disciplined execution. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end change management for transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between our client and Accenture priorities. Orchestrate stakeholder engagement across business, operations, and IT to enable smooth adoption of changes. Manage and track transformation initiatives across the governance model, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and resistance to change to protect delivery outcomes. Facilitate clear and consistent communication across stakeholders to support adoption and alignment. Monitor benefits realization, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable improvements in performance. Support prioritization and sequencing of initiatives based on complexity and business impact. Key requirements: Strong understanding of After-Sales Supply Chain Operations. Proven Project Management experience in complex business environments. Expertise in Service Delivery and Operational Excellence. Structured and proactive approach to managing change in complex environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities. Ability to operate across different initiative types (quick wins to complex transformations). Outcome-focused mindset with emphasis on adoption and value realization. Proven experience in acceleration from quick wins (process optimization) to larger IT-led transformations. Focus on adoption-led value realization, not just delivery of initiatives. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach to business transformation and growth. Fluency in English.
