The role provides leadership in project controls, financial management, schedule governance, risk management, and performance reporting. Key ResponsibilitiesCost Management & Financial ControlsLead budget development, forecasting, and financial tracking activities. Monitor project expenditures, commitments, and variances. Conduct detailed cost reviews and provide recommendations. Support project funding requests and financial governance activities. Schedule Development & ManagementDevelop and maintain integrated project schedules. Ensure resource loading, schedule sequencing, and critical path accuracy. Conduct schedule risk assessments and mitigation planning. Facilitate schedule reviews with project teams. Risk ManagementLead project risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning. Manage change control processes and evaluate financial impacts. Ensure risks and opportunities are properly documented and tracked. Project Reporting & GovernanceDevelop executive-level project controls reports. Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and PMO standards. Participate in project reviews, audits, and stage-gate assessments. Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong partnerships with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, and external partners. Present project performance updates to leadership teams. Support cross-functional collaboration and decision-making. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field. 7+ years of experience in project controls, project management, cost management, or scheduling. Strong expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, and advanced Excel. Preferred QualificationsPMP, EVP, PSP, PMI-SP, or similar certifications. Experience supporting large-scale capital projects. Pharmaceutical, biotech, engineering, or manufacturing industry experience. Key SkillsLeadership and stakeholder engagement.
