Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Lead reporting and analytics efforts to support Quality metrics, trend analysis, and data-driven decision making. Design, enhance, and govern Quality dashboards and reporting solutions using standardized, governed datasets and enterprise reporting standards. Drive requirements intake and prioritization, translating business needs into clear functional requirements and reporting specifications while aligning to roadmap goals. Analyze business processes and reporting needs to identify opportunities for standardization, risk reduction, and continuous improvement. Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy by validating outputs, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating issue resolution. Develop and maintain documentation (e.g., URS, FRS, SOPs, process flows, and user support materials) to support reporting solutions and releases. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and governance activities, including reviews, issue tracking, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management for reporting standards and metric consistency. Prepare and deliver analytics insights and presentations to support Quality reviews and business decision forums. Manage and track initiatives, deliverables, and action items across multiple projects to ensure effective execution and sustainment. Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts in partnership with the Digital Quality Insights & Reporting leadership team. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience performing reporting, analytics coordination, business systems support, or related activities within a regulated Quality or compliance environment. Travel up to 10% Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in scientific, technical, business, data, information systems, or related discipline preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Experience working cross-functionally with both technical teams and business stakeholders preferred. Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Excel, reporting tools, and foundational data structure concepts preferred. Hands-on exposure to dashboards, analytics tools, business intelligence platforms, or digital reporting solutions preferred. Working knowledge of Quality Systems and regulated data principles. Strong capabilities in reporting, analytics coordination, and insight development. Ability to interpret data and summarize findings into clear, meaningful insights for non-technical audiences. Experience working with curated datasets, dashboards, reporting workflows, and analytics processes. Ability to identify reporting trends, inconsistencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving and investigative skills. Experience supporting process improvement, governance, and reporting standardization initiatives. Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with Quality partners and technical teams.
