We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to drive performance, quality, and accountability on our industrial coating lines. In this role, you will lead equipment setups, monitor critical technical controls, and troubleshoot adjustments to hit site production goals. This position is ideal for an individual with strong attention to detail who takes ownership of machine efficiency and enjoys a zero-defect mindset. Key Responsibilities Machine Operation & Setup: Lead machine setups, product changeovers, and program sequences for optimal line efficiency. Technical Troubleshooting: Systematically monitor meters, gauges, valves, temperatures, and pressures to diagnose machine abnormalities and implement root-cause solutions. Quality Control: Perform routine tests using standard measuring devices to ensure product alignment with strict specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Material Handling: Safely load raw materials into the machine and unload finished product. Collaboration & Safety: Adhere strictly to safety policies and PPE usage. Support preventative maintenance (PMs), participate in daily continuous improvement processes (5S, daily standard work), and actively assist teammates. Required: High school diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience. Required: Commitment to safety as a core value, including continuous use of PPE. Preferred: 2+ years in a skilled labor or manufacturing role with a proven mechanical aptitude. Skills: Strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and basic computer proficiency (ERP transactional experience preferred). Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout a 12-hour shift.
