We operate as the technical heartbeat of our sales organization, working closely with Engineering, CX, and Marketing to ensure our clients receive world-class, integrated solutions. Your Impact: As a Solutions Engineer Leader, you will drive the technical sales strategy to align Cisco’s architectures with the evolving needs of our customers. You will lead, coach, and inspire a team of Solutions Engineers to achieve operational excellence and consistent quota attainment. Strategic Leadership: Translate high-level corporate goals into actionable, locally relevant sales initiatives that drive market expansion and revenue growth. Customer Engagement: Engage with CXOs, Directors, and key IT stakeholders to understand business goals and identify cross-architecture opportunities, dedicating up to 25% of your time to strategic customer and partner interactions. Operational Excellence: Oversee technical sales management for the region, ensuring seamless collaboration across business units to deliver client-focused solutions. Team Development: Provide regular coaching and foster an environment of innovation, ensuring your team is equipped to handle complex sales cycles and high-value competitive deals. Market Intelligence: Leverage installed base insights and market trends to identify new opportunities and refine account planning, ensuring Cisco remains at the forefront of the industry. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of related experience Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Proven track record of managing technical sales initiatives within a regional or country-level scope. Experience engaging with high-level stakeholders (CXOs, Directors) and managing complex, long-term sales cycles. Turkish speaker is a must. Preferred Qualifications: Deep understanding of Cisco’s architecture portfolio and the competitive landscape in the Turkey market. Expertise in driving cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, CX, and Partner organizations. Strong analytical skills to translate market intelligence into actionable account strategies. Experience in implementing new tools and processes to enhance customer engagement and team productivity. Why Cisco?
