As an Interventional Clinical Applications Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers across Australia and New Zealand by delivering clinical expertise, education, workflow optimisation and application support across our Image Guided Solutions (IGS) portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced interventional clinician or applications specialist to partner with leading hospitals, clinicians and healthcare teams, helping them maximise the value of advanced technologies used in Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, Structural Heart, Electrophysiology and Hybrid OR environments. You will act as a trusted clinical advisor, collaborating closely with commercial, service and product teams to support customer success, technology adoption and business growth across the ANZ region. Job DescriptionAbout the RoleIn this customer-facing role, you will provide clinical leadership throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales demonstrations and evaluations through to installation, go-live, education and long-term adoption of GE HealthCare solutions. You will work directly with clinicians and healthcare organisations to improve workflows, drive operational efficiencies and support positive patient outcomes through the effective use of GE HealthCare technologies. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Commercial Support Deliver clinical demonstrations, workshops and product evaluations. Partner with Sales Specialists, Account Managers and commercial teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions. Demonstrate the clinical and workflow benefits of GE HealthCare's Interventional portfolio. Support customer presentations, tenders and commercial opportunities with clinical expertise. Customer Education & Clinical Adoption Lead application training, workflow education and customer onboarding programs. Support system installations, upgrades and go-live activities. Drive adoption of advanced applications and new technology introductions. Ensure customers achieve confidence and proficiency in the use of GE HealthCare solutions. Workflow Optimisation & Customer Success Assess clinical workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes. Act as a trusted advisor to clinicians and healthcare stakeholders. Support ongoing optimisation, customer satisfaction and long-term customer partnerships. Collaborate with service and product teams to resolve customer challenges and deliver exceptional outcomes. Market Development & Clinical Leadership Build relationships with key opinion leaders across Australia and New Zealand. Support educational events, conferences and professional society activities. Share clinical best practices and customer success stories. Provide valuable customer feedback to support product innovation and business strategy. What You'll BringEssential Degree qualification in Medical Radiation Science, Biomedical Science, Clinical Technology or a related healthcare discipline. Minimum 5 years' experience in one or more of the following:Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory (Cath Lab) Interventional Cardiology Structural Heart Interventional Radiology Hybrid OR environments Experience delivering clinical education, training or applications support. Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to travel regularly throughout Australia and New Zealand. Commercial awareness and a consultative approach to customer engagement. Current driver's licence. Preferred Clinical applications or medical device vendor experience. Experience supporting GE HealthCare IGS platforms or similar interventional technologies. Exposure to Structural Heart, PCI, Electrophysiology or complex interventional procedures. Experience presenting at conferences or educational forums. Understanding of healthcare procurement and tendering processes.
