Join Gilead and help create possible, together. Job Description We are seeking a Corporate Flight Attendant who has experience on Gulfstream aircraft, G500, G650, G800. This position is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, service excellence, and operational readiness aboard Gilead's Corporate Jet's Fleet. This role supports employees, executive leadership, board members and guests, by delivering a seamless travel experience while maintaining adherence to safety standards and company policies. This position reports to the Flight Attendant Lead followed by the Chief Pilot. Valid Passport with unrestricted international travel/Government ID and ability to lift and transport catering, luggage and cabin supplies are required. Key Requirements and Responsibilities include: Safety Leadership, Executive Hospitality, Menu Development, Inventory Control, Cabin Operations, Attention to Detail, Discretion/Privacy. Excellent situational awareness, ability to work independently, excellent verbal and written communication. Organized and time management skills. Cabin safety and emergency preparedness, aircraft readiness, menu development, catering coordination, procurement of aircraft supplies and amenities, inventory management, and maintaining detailed passenger preference profiles. Oversees cabin presentation, aircraft stocking, linen and service inventories, and ensures thorough aircraft handovers between trips to maintain consistency across the fleet. Partner closely with pilots, OPS, Maintenance, FBO's, International Handlers to ensure efficient and successful flight operations. Strong knowledge of executive-level service standards. Flight Safety or FACTS current training required. Culinary and/or service training a plus! The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, situational awareness, professionalism, discretion, adaptability and a commitment to providing world-class hospitality in a dynamic corporate aviation environment. The salary range for this position is: $146,540.00 - $189,640.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
