Discover Impactful Work: Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Inside Sales Technical Sales Specialist - Cell Biology, Regenerative Medicine, and be part of our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. In this role, you'll generate sales growth through virtual and digital channels while building strong relationships with customers across academic, biotech, pharma, clinical, and industrial markets. You'll promote and sell our comprehensive portfolio of Stem Cell, Neurobiology, Cell and Gene Therapy, and Gene Editing. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the competencies to drive growth with key accounts, expand portfolio solutions and commercial partnerships, and develop new accounts in those territories. Scientific products and services, using consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and provide optimal solutions. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage customer relationships through our CRM system, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets. Keys to Success: Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree required plus 2+ years of sales and/or laboratory/research experience. Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry or related scientific field. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets. Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite preferred. Ability to develop and maintain deep product and technical knowledge. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective at working both independently and collaboratively. Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Ability to travel 10-25% for customer meetings and internal events. Foreign language proficiency may be required for certain regions. Compensation and Benefits The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $24.49–$35.91. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
