Senior Manager, Data Center Operations

Job description

As a Senior Manager, Vendor Management - Data Center Facilities, you will lead a team responsible for vendor execution, governance, and performance across OCI's mission-critical data center facilities environments. This role owns the management discipline that ensures vendor contracts, scopes of work, service commitments, and operational expectations translate into safe, reliable, timely, and cost-effective outcomes that protect uptime and support service delivery at scale. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing vendor management function across assigned sites, regions, services, or programs. This includes team leadership, vendor governance, supplier performance management, escalation oversight, compliance alignment, commercial issue resolution, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination with Site Operations, Facilities Managers, Service Managers, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Safety, and executive stakeholders.
