Key Responsibilities - Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues in manufacturing equipment. - Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment based on technical drawings, blueprints, and operating manuals. - Conduct equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. - Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate timely equipment servicing and repairs. - Monitor and analyze tool performance data to identify trends, improve equipment reliability, and address challenges. - Create detailed reports on equipment failures, update specifications, and develop new maintenance guidelines. - Partner with Module Engineering to execute experiments, implement configuration changes, and support data collection. - Assist in troubleshooting and controlled experiments to meet or exceed module performance and availability targets. - Contribute to factory ramp activities, ensuring tools are installed and configured per design specifications. Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related technical field. - 4-6 years of experience with a High School diploma OR no prior experience required with an AA or AS degree. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical and electronic systems. - Demonstrated skills in equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance. - Familiarity with technical documentation, blueprints, and manufacturing procedures. Preferred Qualifications - Hands-on experience in resolving equipment issues within a manufacturing environment. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. - Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.
