Internship Front End Engineering

Job description

To observe and ensure full Compliance with Alcon Health Safety and Environment Standards. Adhere to Alcon Value and standards, observe and ensure full compliance with Code of Business Conducts. To understand the manufacturing process of contact lenses and the related equipment/ systems from Molding Process until Finishing Secondary Packaging Process. Work with Front End Engineering crew constantly to review and analyze manufacturing processes and identify potential for improvements To investigate the process and quality failure resulted from equipment/process related problem and work for permanent solution to fix them Assist engineers in process improvement project deliverables such as conducting validation, engineering studies execution, data analysis, protocol and report write-up Participate and contribute actively in Kaizen projects and initiatives Perform other duties or assignment as required by immediate supervisor/ manage Participate in any Gemba Walk to identify and address potential root causes of process related issue for Front End Engineering Process/Department ATTENTION: Current Alcon Employee/Contingent Worker If you are currently an active employee/contingent worker at Alcon, please click the appropriate link below to apply on the Internal Career site.
