This position reports to: Field Service Operations Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the WA Field Service team with full accountability of running the day-to-day field service activities and to overachieve customer expectations. Each day, you will create, implement, and review field service operations strategies for designated area(s) based on the global service business strategy. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer focus, understanding sense of urgency, and care in your area of responsibility. The work model for the role is: Onsite - Belmont , Western Australia You will be mainly accountable for: Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer service experience in field service activities. Driving continuous improvement of field service quality, enabling a first-time-right implementation. Steering performance of the field service activities by following up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and driving corrective actions based on them. Guiding a continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence in your area of responsibility. Qualifications for the role Strong experience in the electrical sector with 3–5 years in field service management Advanced capability supported by solid proficiency in Salesforce and SAP Proven leadership, team management, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills Demonstrated track record and extensive knowledge of the electrical industry More about us ABB’s Service Division works closely with customers to enhance the availability, reliability, predictability, and sustainability of electrical products and installations.
