Working in partnership with the OCM Lead, client project teams, and key stakeholders, you will help design and execute strategies that promote organizational readiness, accelerate user adoption, and deliver sustainable business outcomes. In this role, you will lead and execute core change management activities across the project lifecycle, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, training, readiness planning, and adoption measurement. You will develop actionable change management plans that equip leaders and employees to successfully navigate change while ensuring alignment with project goals and business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong consulting skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution capabilities. You will build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization, influence stakeholders, identify and mitigate change risks, and translate complex business and technical concepts into practical, user-focused solutions. Your ability to collaborate effectively, drive engagement, and deliver measurable adoption outcomes will be essential to the success of large-scale transformation programs. Here's what you'll be doing: Support the OCM Lead in the execution of change management strategies across technology implementations and transformation initiatives. Lead assigned OCM workstreams and deliverables while collaborating with project teams to ensure alignment with project milestones and release schedules. Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness activities. Develop and execute communication, training, and engagement plans to support adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. Partner with business and technical teams to identify change risks, resistance points, and adoption challenges; recommend mitigation strategies. Facilitate workshops, focus groups, stakeholder meetings, and feedback sessions to inform and support change initiatives. Create executive-ready presentations, project updates, communications, and training materials. Assist in developing change networks, champion programs, and leadership engagement activities. Support the collection and analysis of adoption metrics, user feedback, and readiness data to inform change interventions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and positive end-user experience throughout the transformation journey. Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies, tools, and templates. Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members when appropriate. Here's what we're seeking:5–8+ years of Organizational Change Management experience, preferably supporting technology implementations and digital transformations. Experience contributing to OCM programs for enterprise technology deployments (e.g., ServiceNow, CRM, ITSM, HRIS, ERP, AI, or digital workplace solutions). Strong background in change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and user adoption activities. Ability to translate technical and process changes into business impacts and user-focused messaging. Strong facilitation, presentation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills. Experience working within matrixed project environments and partnering with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity. Bachelor's degree required (Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field preferred). Prosci or CCMP certification preferred. Nice to have: project/program management experience or certifications (PMP, Scrum, Agile, etc.). This is a Short-Term Role. CNX is looking for Short-Term contractors. The base salary range for this position is $140,000-$175,000 , plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
