The PositionAs a Team Leader (Compensation), you lead a team of Reward Analysts covering the Compensation area in the PSS organization. Your team will be located in Budapest and San Jose and will support the DACH Countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) as well as the AMERICAS. You are part of the PR&R chapter and together with your team you provide services and support in the respective area of responsibility (Reward, Compensation & Benefits). Please note that this position is a fixed-term maternity cover.
