In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical requirements and organizational objectives, ensuring that our compliance systems effectively support our global license to operate. You will join a forward-thinking global team dedicated to maintaining the highest safety, health, and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead System Ownership: Act as the Global Product Owner for safety, health, and environmental (SHE) compliance systems, monitoring corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and driving consistent application across global sites. Define Strategic Requirements: Document process features, user stories, and requirements in technical platforms to guide digital development teams effectively. Develop Compliance Standards: Create, revise, and update global internal compliance standards and process documents to reflect evolving regulatory landscapes. Drive Risk Insights: Monitor global compliance updates, identify potential gaps, and partner with regional experts to proactively mitigate operational risks. Optimize Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools to transform SHE compliance data into actionable trend reports and insights for leadership reviews. Foster Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact across corporate governance lines, advising site-level SHE officers and compliance managers to support system adoption. Who You Are You bring a unique blend of technical curiosity, analytical precision, and collaborative spirit. You are passionate about translating complex regulatory requirements into structured digital processes and thriving in an environment built on ethics and transparency. Qualifications: University degree in Engineering, Legal, Data/Computer Science, IT, or a related technical discipline. Proven experience in a similar role (such as technical compliance, IT/digital data consultancy, or operational risk management) within a multinational matrix environment. Demonstrated track record in data architecture, compliance analytics, or digital system infrastructure. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in fluent English. Familiarity with global compliance standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001) or specific focus areas like occupational health and environmental protection is a distinct advantage.
