That is what makes us Roche. Opportunity: We are looking for an Early in Career (EiC) Intern who will actively contribute to positioning Roche as the employer of choice for early-career talent. The EiC intern will work closely with EiC partners and specialists to plan and execute activities aimed at building and developing a diverse and sustainable talent pipeline that aligns with the future hiring needs of our business. Position Summary: The Early in Career (EiC) intern will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage university recruitment and talent acquisition activities. This role requires a proactive, hands-on individual passionate about young talent, growth, and innovation, with excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities: Support the management of university recruitment teams, working closely with EiC partners and specialists. Handle vendor relationships for recruitment events, including merchandising, giveaways, and storage logistics. Coordinate meetings with vendors to clarify event requirements based on predefined specifications. Provide administrative support to EiC partners and specialists. Assist in implementing EiC activities aligned with Roche’s global frameworks and strategies. Collaborate with the Recruitment team to maintain and update job boards, social media channels, and registration platforms. Manage intake portal requests for EiC specialists in the relevant region. Gain a basic understanding of Roche’s clients and business areas to tailor EiC activities effectively. Support initiatives to attract young talent in partnership with the Talent Marketing team. Help prepare university recruitment teams for events and provide on-site or remote support. Work cross-functionally with colleagues regionally and globally to deliver consistent and effective People Support Solutions. Who You Are: Currently an active university student graduation end of 2026. Fluent in English and Portuguese (both oral and written). Studying Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset. Passionate about young talent, continuous learning, and growth. Organized and structured in daily work. Strong team player with a collaborative attitude. Problem solver with a positive, “can-do” approach. Comfortable navigating multicultural and ambiguous environments. Experienced or passionate about tech solutions. Additional Information: Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
