Lead the team with strategies, coordination, integration, communication, and execution to drive both top line and bottom line, for short term and long term 2. Manage KOLs and KAs relationship and build up trust and reputation 3. Deliver company’s goals and related requirement/ docu/ and so on 4. People development Skills & Experience Required:* 1. Education: Bachelor's degree 2. Minimum of 5 years proven track record in the Diagnostics Industry with an emphasis on managing day to day sales or service, menu expansion and profitability 3. Strong selling and relationship building skills 4. Strong communication skills 5.
