About the role Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Reporting to: Head of Media & Digital Employment Type: 3rd party contract (This is a full-time position dedicated to Abbott Vietnam and hired through Abbott's staffing partner) MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLEANI Vietnam commits to not only provide consumer the best nutrition products but also providing best-in-class customer experience through accelerating digital marketing capabilities to trend up the best sought-after consumer engagement model with omni-channel touchpoints and data-driven decision making. The Digital Manager will bring expertise to drive the digital marketing initiatives aimed at defining and delivering exceptional digital consumer experience, integral to the overall brand marketing strategy & plan. This role will actively participate in Annual Operation Planning process with respective Category’s brands and lead the implementation, testing & optimization of digital marketing investment and their effectiveness. In this role, the Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with internal Brand Marketing teams, CRM, E-commerce, and relevant cross-functional teams, as well as external media/digital agencies, and solution vendors. The goal is to ensure seamless planning and execution of digital consumer experiences while continuously enhancing effectiveness and efficiency. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Discipline Enforcement: Conduct daily huddles with media/digital agencies to monitor and measure aligned KPIs. Dive deeper into daily operations by reviewing performance data tracked in spreadsheets maintained by media/digital agencies. Provide actionable recommendations for improvement to optimize results. Review KPIs every 24 to 48 hours and make necessary adjustments to ensure plans are delivering the set KPIs. Review audience segmentations developed by media/digital agencies based on behavior signal and make necessary amendments to improve audience targeting and campaign set-up. Oversee performance management across digital platforms including Phoenix, Abbott Store, Social Platforms and Programmatic channels. Manage digital budgets and propose the optimal media mix, tactics to maximize effectiveness and ROI. Governance Enforcement: Establish regular cadence for using the governance dashboard. Conduct Weekly performance WIP meetings and engage daily with media/digital agencies at various levels. Analyze digital performance across all KPI s to provide insights and guide the agency teams on optimization. Evaluate full-funnel performance data and offer actionable insights to enhance bottom funnel Extended Knowledge Source Understand E-commerce Trends: Stay informed about e-commerce trends, environments, and platforms to collaborate effectively with other Centers of Expertise (COE) in planning digital media strategies that support e-commerce initiatives. CRM Expertise: Comprehend the dynamics of lead acquisition and conversion to optimize CRM efforts. Social Media Leadership: Lead the social media channel strategy and execution across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Zalo. Content Strategy: Understand the dynamics of content to drive engagement and advise the brand team on creative tactics to succeed on social media. Innovative Practices: Continuously search for and propose new and relevant practices for social media. Influencer Strategy: Implement effective KOL and micro-influencer strategies to achieve success. Data-Driven Optimization: Enhance organic conversions for Abbott Store through data-driven optimizations. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 5+ years of experience in Digital Media, Performance Marketing, prefer candidate with agencies background Bachelor’s Degree In Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or relevant majors A solid understanding of the use of social media channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok,..), strong performance optimization knowledge, especially regarding lower funnel. Able to work under high pressure and fast-paced environment. Highly responsible and self-motivated personality. Organizational skills set with effective communication and ability to multitask. Data-driven, analytical and quick sense of numbers are a must. Proficiency in verbal / non-verbal English.
