Responsibilities: Enters, checks and posts incoming invoices in SAP MM/FI (using electronic workflows); Account reconciliation and account clarification (incl. WERE account reconciliation); Preparation and execution of timely payment runs; Execution of intercompany (IC) netting and reconciliation of IC balances; Contact with suppliers and processing of reminders; Participates in monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities and records intercompany accounting in the Accounts payable sub-ledger; Performs checking and accounting travel expense reports (SAP Concur experience is desirable); Review, account assignment, and posting of bank statements in our ERP system; Clarification of payment differences and monitoring in collaboration with external customers; Cash pool reconciliation including posting of cash pool interest; Receivables management (dunning process, etc.) in collaboration with external customers; Period-end closing activities in accounts receivable and other affiliated procedures before moth closing (sending balance lists and aging reports); Confirmation of account balance between the entities for audit purpose. Qualifications: University degree in Economics/Accounting; Several years of professional experience in similar position or in a related function in a professional environment (shared services desirable); Good MS Office skills and SAP R3 (modules FI, MM); Fluency in German and English (spoken and written); Strong customer service orientation; Reliability, willingness to work in a team, initiative and commitment Effective time and self-management; Analytical, structured way of working and high problem-solving ability; Curiosity and understanding for innovations in the field of IT. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
