Job description

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Manage material disposition activities with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure timely execution and follow-up of purchase orders until completion. Handle purchasing of finished goods and packaging materials for merchandise operations. Review and approve supplier invoices, including quantity and price discrepancy validations. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock redistribution across EU warehouses. Perform goods receipt and goods issue postings in SAP for warehouse and direct delivery operations. Ensure accurate inventory transactions and stock reconciliation. Manage order-based purchasing and direct delivery transactions involving intercompany entities and third parties. Coordinate triangular shipment processes and validate related supplier invoices. Organize and coordinate physical inventory activities with subcontractors. Prepare and support SAP inventory booking and reconciliation activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree /equal qualification related field. Experience in Purchasing & Inventory Management.
