We are currently looking for an experienced Alliance Lead who will be accountable in driving maximize value of GSK’s commercial partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and planning: Localize Global brand strategies and set direction and priority for non/Global supported brands. Align Alliance Partner business plan to GSK strategies and brand priorities. Portfolio Oversight and life cycle management: Oversee the GenMed portfolio to identify growth opportunities, maximize value creation, and accelerate performance. Align with Global functions to ensure clarity and plan for competitor or generic entry. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead Alliance Performance cross functional team. Build a strong partnership with GSKs and Alliance Partners functions, ie, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Supply/Demand, and regional Alliance teams. Engage GSK global functions to ensure support for strategic brand guidance, planning, campaign and material localization for the Alliance Partner. Finance and forecasting: Lead the demand forecasting (DRM) for the GenMed portfolio, analyze Alliance Partner performance and identify opportunities for further growth/profit gain. Ensure overview and understanding of external price processes/reviews and opportunities for tenders. Lead the discussion and negotiate yearly value/volume targets for Alliance Partner. Driving Performance and commercial offering: Set, align and follow through on agreed KPIs for Alliance Partner. Ensure insights are obtained for gap in performance and that a corrective action plan is in place. Provide input on Alliance brands to LOC MPR and forecasting cycles. Governance and Stakeholder Management: Ensure a robust governance process, risk assessment, and ways of working aligned with GSK framework. Escalate risks/issues to Alliance Business Owner (BO), LOC RMCB when needed and ensure corrective actions/CAPAs are created and followed up in time. Oversee Alliance Partnership contract obligations to ensure its fulfilment. Pricing: Oversee the annual setup and periodic review of the Pricing Grant of Authority, ensuring alignment with business strategy and compliance requirements. Why you? Ideally, we are looking for someone with: Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience: 5-7 years in operations, business planning, or partnership management, preferably in healthcare or FMCG. Minimum Level of Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Finance, Pharmacy or related field. Strong analytical and financial planning skills, with proficiency in data analysis and dashboard tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to support forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making.
