Job Function: Supply Chain Engineering Job Sub Function: Facilities Engineering Job Category: People Leader All Job Posting Locations: Leiden, South Holland, Netherlands Job Description: Facility Coordinator Facilities at Johnson & Johnson: The Facility department is responsible for the management of Hard and Soft Services. Management of Hard Services includes maintenance of all non-production Utilities, Office Buildings, Labs, Sewer, Fire & Security Protection, Potable Water, Sewer, Energy and Spare Parts of the Janssen Biologics site. Management of Soft services in scope are Security, Cleaning, Gowning, Catering, Mailroom and Pest Control. For most of the Facility services we have a Vested contract with our “WE-company” partner JLL. The introduction of new buildings, equipment and systems also offers you the possibility to participate in (inter-) site projects and global J&J initiatives. When working in projects you will be exposed to many different nationalities which are part of the J&J family and you will be coordinating your strategy with other sites around the world. Job description: Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Facility Coordinator, located in Leiden As a Facility Coordinator at Johnson & Johnson you will ensure efficient delivery of all Facility services in scope together with specialist contractors. Some features, which will be part of your job, but are not limited to: Ensure delivery of the Facility Services is compliant to our EHS and Quality standards Responsible for coordinating Soft Service delivery, for a broad range of site services including but not limited to: security, mailroom, food services, graphics/reproduction, mail copy services, housekeeping, conference room management, audio-visuals, pest control, grounds maintenance, (GMP) Cleaning Responsible for Hard Service delivery including Security systems like Fire safety, CCTV, Access Control, Civil works on Building structures, Roofs, Utilities and systems like Steam, Potable water, Sewer, Automatic doors, Lifting equipment Day to Day preventive and corrective maintenance on mentioned systems Interaction with service provider Sodexo on all Facility services Monitor operational budgets for both internal and contracted resources; monitor operational performance of service providers Act as a sponsor and support Project Development and Delivery teams on capital and infrastructure projects Support the J&J Leiden Campus in the site-level deployment of enterprise Facilities programs. Maintain site-level customer relationships with peers from EHS, Operations, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering, understand their expectations and translate them into business service solutions undefined Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management or Technical field of expertise Skills & Knowledge: Strong focus EHS and GMP Quality engineering Good interpersonal skills to work with many different disciplines/nationalities/levels Proficient Dutch and English Availability to work in a strong demanding and changing environment Initiate continuous improvement of processes and working methods GMP (documentation) experience Technical writing knowledge Preferred: • 5 years working experience in a related field of profession Other: Reports to the Facility Supervisor Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
