Job Function: Non-Standard Job Sub Function: Non-Employee Job Category: Non-Standard All Job Posting Locations: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia Job Description: We are searching for the best talent for Protégé – Human Resources. Purpose:The Protégé – Human Resources will participate in a structured 12-month development programme designed to provide hands-on exposure to a broad range of HR functions, including Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations. This role offers an opportunity to build foundational HR capabilities while supporting key people initiatives that contribute to business success and employee development. You will be responsible for:Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of Learning & Development programmes, training sessions, and employee development initiatives Assisting in the management of HRD grant applications, training documentation, and vendor coordination activities Organising team-building programmes and employee engagement activities, including logistics planning, vendor management, and programme administration Conducting vendor sourcing and negotiations to support cost-effective and high-quality training and development solutions Providing administrative and analytical support through preparation of reports, presentations, data analysis, and HR documentation Supporting end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment administration Creating and publishing job advertisements while maintaining recruitment trackers and talent pipelines to support hiring needs Contributing to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns to strengthen the organisation’s ability to attract top talent Qualifications / Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred Ability to commit to a structured 12-month Protégé development programme Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions Proactive learning mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for developing a career in Human Resources About Innovative MedicineOur expertise in Innovative Medicine is informed and inspired by patients, whose insights fuel our science-based advancements.
