We are searching for the best talent for Commercial Excellence & Sales Operations Specialist based in Seoul PurposeThe Commercial Excellence & Sales Operations Specialist supports sales planning, performance monitoring, and operational excellence across Surgical Vision business. This role ensures accurate data management, effective reporting, and smooth execution of commercial processes to enable data-driven decision making and business growth. You will be responsible for:Manage dealer inventory, stock updates, and rolling forecast processes by collecting stakeholder input, validating data accuracy, and supporting timely business planning Monitor and analyze sales performance, business trends, and target fulfillment across key products and channels to identify risks and improvement areas Maintain and enhance daily sales tracking reports, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure clear visibility on performance and forecast status Prepare, consolidate, and validate sales and operational data for internal reviews, management reporting, and cross-functional discussions Support commercial contract and pricing operations, including contract tracking, documentation, termination support, and collection processes Maintain and manage key commercial master data (customer, contract, pricing, and sales organization data) and support related operational workflows Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency Qualifications / Requirements: 2–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, Contract Administration, or Commercial Excellence Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is preferred Experience working with dashboards, reporting tools, or large datasets is preferred Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or SharePoint is preferred Legal EntitySurgical Vision Job TypeFixed-Term (Maternity Leave Cover Contract until Dec 21, 2027) Application DocumentsFree-form resume AND cover letter is required (in Korean or English).
