DESCRIPTION: Guide innovative IT solutions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, overseeing key technology initiatives that enable our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner and safer. Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps while managing teams across multiple locations. Support digital transformation through implementation of advanced solutions in areas like cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and enterprise systems. Ensure operational excellence, security compliance, and continuous improvement of IT services while nurturing a collaborative culture focused on customer success. KEY REPONSIBILITES: Support the development and execution of the technology roadmap for QAD ERP and associated Operations and Service business applications. Lead organizational change management efforts to drive adoption of new business processes, technologies, and digital capabilities. Ensure operational support and effective execution of ERP programs and projects including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and transformation programs. Support reliable, scalable, and secure integration between QAD ERP and enterprise platforms (PLM, CRM, MES), and other MSD operational systems. Promote data quality, master data governance, and enterprise data management practices across the application landscape. Establish service metrics and value realization measures to evaluate portfolio performance and meet availability, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements. Drive talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational capability growth. Participate in the development of sourcing strategies and optimization of the balance between internal resources, managed services, and consulting partners. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline; Master's degree or MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience leading enterprise business applications, ERP systems, and digital technology solutions. 5+ years of people leadership experience managing global or geographically distributed teams. Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, logistics, and finance business processes. Experience building and developing successful teams Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, PLM, MES, CRM, data and analytics platforms, middleware technologies, and cloud solutions. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities Leadership experience in matrix organizational structures Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage at all levels.
