About the Role We're looking for a Team Lead to join our French-speaking Order Fulfillment team in Budapest. You'll be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team that supports our customers throughout the order lifecycle, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently and delivered on time. This role is ideal for an emerging leader ready to take the next step in their leadership journey, as well as experienced Team Leads who enjoy coaching, mentoring and developing people. You'll balance day-to-day people leadership with operational coordination, empowering your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving operational excellence. Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and other cross-functional stakeholders, you'll help remove operational roadblocks, resolve escalated order-related issues and continuously improve the team's performance and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Lead, motivate and develop a French-speaking Order Fulfillment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture Coach team members through regular feedback, performance conversations and development planning Monitor daily team workload and ensure customer orders are processed accurately and within agreed service levels Support the team in resolving operational challenges and act as the first point of escalation for complex order management issues Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order execution Monitor team performance using operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and operational procedures Support onboarding, training and knowledge sharing within the team Encourage continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and sharing best practices Create an engaging team environment that promotes accountability, collaboration and customer focus What We're Looking For Fluent French and English language skills, both written and spoken Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience gained through direct people management or informal leadership responsibilities such as team leadership, mentoring, coaching, SME responsibilities or leading operational initiatives Previous experience within Order Fulfillment, Order Management, Customer Operations, Customer Service Administration, Sales Support or a Shared Services environment Experience coaching, developing and motivating team members to achieve individual and team goals Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple business functions Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and CRM platforms Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational metrics and drive performance improvements Excellent organizational, prioritization and problem-solving skills Ability to balance operational priorities while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, relevant leadership and operational experience will also be considered Nice to Have Experience supporting international Order Fulfillment or Customer Operations teams Knowledge of order lifecycle management, logistics or supply chain processes Salesforce or other CRM experience Exposure to Lean, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence methodologies Experience supporting system implementations, transitions or knowledge transfer projects What Makes Someone Successful?
