Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet desired device specifications and functional requirements. Perform feasibility studies to assess the manufacturability of innovative device architectures, utilizing theoretical simulations and practical engineering methods. Lead the design and optimization of manufacturing processes, including material selection, parameter tuning, and equipment metrology. Conduct pathfinding activities to support process and hardware development for future technologies. Collaborate with equipment and material suppliers to develop enabling elements of the technology and influence industry roadmaps. Optimize production output for existing products by recommending and implementing modifications to equipment and manufacturing techniques. Analyze and respond to process trends using Statistical Process Control and other data-driven methodologies. Stay updated on industry trends and anticipate future process technology needs to help propel Intel's innovation goals. Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant technical field like Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience with a BS degree, 2+ years with a Master's degree, or Fresh graduate with a PhD. Proficiency in Statistical Process Control and Design of Experiments (DOE) principles. Hands-on experience in process characterization, process improvement, and manufacturing process control. Proven ability to solve complex engineering problems and optimize manufacturing processes. Preferred Qualifications : Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts effectively across teams. Experience in developing and managing relationships with suppliers and external partners. Familiarity with emerging industrial trends in manufacturing processes and materials. A history of delivering successful results in innovative or high-impact engineering projects.
