Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Staffing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting for semiconductor roles with the ability to identify, attract, and engage talent in a highly competitive market. This role requires a deep understanding of niche skills, effective sourcing strategies, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Key Responsibilities Experience in full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and direct sourcing techniques. Screen resumes and conducts interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages in coordination with hiring managers. Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees. Stay informed about semiconductor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions. Conduct research on potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline. Maintain regular communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Provide excellent candidate experience by ensuring timely updates and feedback. Build and maintain a network of industry professionals and potential candidates for future hiring needs. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipelines. Prepare detailed reports on recruitment activities and present findings to relevant stakeholders. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance recruiting efficiency. Requirements/Qualifications: Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years focused on semiconductor industry. Proven track record in sourcing and closing passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions. Proficiency in using ATS tools and sourcing platforms. Analytical mindset to interpret recruitment metrics and market data. Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously with attention to detail. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
